Straight answers about eligibility, clinical review, dispensing, and privacy.
What is VERO?
VERO is a physician-guided therapeutics practice offering personalized protocols for performance, recovery, and longevity. Members complete a clinical assessment, are reviewed by a licensed clinician, and — where appropriate — receive a protocol dispensed through a licensed pharmacy partner. Care is delivered through a telehealth platform with ongoing clinical oversight rather than a one-time purchase.
What does a physician-guided protocol mean?
It means no therapy is issued without clinician review. Your intake, health history, and any lab or assessment data are evaluated by a licensed provider, who decides whether treatment is appropriate, selects the therapy and dosing, and monitors your response over time. Adjustments and refills are clinical decisions, not automatic reorders.
How do I know if I qualify for a GLP-1 or peptide protocol?
Eligibility is determined by a qualification questionnaire followed by clinician review. The questionnaire covers your goals, medical history, current medications, and contraindications, and returns an outcome band. Prescription products on VERO stay locked until a qualification is completed, and a completed questionnaire is a screening step, not a guarantee of a prescription.
How does the consultation and prescribing process work?
You create an account, complete the intake and qualification questionnaire, and consent to telehealth care. A licensed clinician reviews your submission and either issues a protocol, requests more information, or declines if treatment is not appropriate. Approved prescriptions are routed to a licensed pharmacy partner for dispensing and shipment.
Who fills VERO prescriptions and how are they shipped?
Prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner, not by VERO directly. Temperature-sensitive therapies ship cold-chain with appropriate packaging. Once an order is dispensed you can follow its status — processing, shipped, and delivered — from your member order page, and status changes are also emailed to you.
How much does VERO cost?
Pricing depends on the assessment, membership, or protocol you select; current prices are shown on each product page in the VERO shop. Assessments and memberships are billed as listed, and prescription therapies are priced per protocol. VERO does not bill insurance, so what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Is VERO safe, and who provides medical oversight?
All treatment decisions are made by licensed clinicians, and therapies are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. VERO is not an emergency service — call your local emergency number for urgent symptoms. Telehealth care has limitations, described in our telehealth notice and consent, and you should keep your primary care provider informed about any protocol you start.
How is my health data handled?
Health information you submit is used to deliver clinical care and is governed by our privacy policy and consumer health data privacy notice. Access is limited to staff who need it for care and operations, and role-based permissions restrict who can view clinical records. You can request access to or deletion of your data using the contact details in those notices.
