Your report
Three numbers, read the VERO way.
A walkthrough of a sample report with our notes in the margin. Illustrative values, not a real member.
Sample · Biological age
3.8 years younger than your calendar age
Your biological age is what your methylation pattern looks like compared with a large reference population. A gap below your actual age means your body is running younger; above it, older.
A single number is a snapshot. The direction of the gap across retests matters more than today's value.
Sample · Organ system ages
Each of the 11 systems gets its own age. Start with your two oldest. In this sample: inflammation (50) and liver (49).
These are the systems a VERO clinician looks at first when adjusting nutrition, sleep, training or a protocol.
Sample · Pace of aging
1.0 means one biological year per calendar year. 0.92 means about 11 months of aging per year.
This is the number that moves fastest, within 3 to 6 months of a change. It is how you prove a protocol is working.
What VERO does with this
A result becomes a plan.
- Your care team reviews the report with your history and labs.
- The oldest systems shape protocol choices and priorities.
- A retest is scheduled around your 6-month protocol cycle.
- The next report shows whether your pace moved.
